Aevornix Orchestra privacy notice
What the Aevornix Orchestra desktop application keeps, where it keeps it, and what leaves your computer. Aevornix Orchestra turns objectives into planned, governed and verified work carried out by AI agents under the authority you set. It sends no telemetry, analytics or advertising data.
What we collect
Nothing. Oxford Private Studios collects nothing from Aevornix Orchestra. The application sends no analytics, usage statistics, crash reports or identifiers to us.
What the application holds
Orchestra keeps its data on your computer, in your Windows user profile at %LOCALAPPDATA%\Aevornix\Orchestra. Windows may keep it inside the application’s package folder under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages.
- Work
- Your organisations, people, agents, objectives, plans, tasks, budgets, research sources and reports.
- Documents
- Documents you add to the workspace. They are searched before the web.
- Audit log
- An append only record of every step, with a digest chain you can verify.
- Credentials
- Credentials for AI providers and connectors are kept in an encrypted vault whose key is protected by Windows for your user account. Secrets never enter the audit log, logs, prompts or views.
What leaves your computer
Only the services you configure receive data, and only when work you start needs them. Data is classified, and classified data is refused by providers and tools not cleared for it.
- AI providers
- When you connect a cloud provider (for example Anthropic, OpenAI or Google), the text of the task the model works on is sent to that provider under your own account and its terms. A provider running on your own computer (Ollama) keeps that text on the computer. An organisation can require that all AI work stays on the computer.
- Command line model clients
- When you choose a model client installed on the computer (Claude Code or Codex), Orchestra passes the task text to that client, which sends it to its provider under your account and that provider’s terms.
- Organisation Host on your local network
- When an organisation’s owner turns on local network access, other computers the owner approves connect to the Host over mutually authenticated encrypted connections and receive the organisation data their permissions allow. The Host is never offered on the public internet.
- Web research
- When an objective needs public information, Orchestra searches with the search engine you choose and reads public web pages through Aevornix Browser. The sites visited receive the requests a browser sends.
- Connectors and tools
- A connector or tool you add sends data to the service it names, within the limits and approvals you set.
Updates and purchases
The Microsoft Store installs and updates Orchestra. Microsoft handles purchases and licensing under its own privacy statement; we receive no payment card details.
Removing your data
Uninstalling the application may leave your data in place. To remove it, after uninstalling delete the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\Aevornix\Orchestra, the window cache folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\com.aevornix.orchestra and, if present, the OxfordPrivateStudios.AevornixOrchestra folder under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages. Data sent to an AI provider or other service you configured is held under that service’s terms.
Children
Aevornix Orchestra is a business application and is not directed at children.
Your rights and who to ask
Aevornix is an operating division of Oxford Private Studios Ltd, 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, the publisher of Aevornix Orchestra.
